Difficulty of the project

Precision machinery parts themselves are all kinds of irregular longitudinal depth，with general optical system, often because of the depth of field is not big enough，so we take transfer way of photos,and the general optical system will be affected by edge reflective metal parts,measurement error will occur When measuring size because of edge horn reflective。

The solution

Use BT series double telecentric lens (match with TCL series parallel light source can obtain better results).

Telecentric lens camera distortion performance of less than 0.1% and ultra-high CTF,can guarantee the clear outline of the whole optical system accurate reduction artifacts and no distortion. With high precision measurement software can achieve a high precision non-contact measurement of workpiece,avoid artificial factors caused the result of the deviation,and avoid uncontrollable factors such as scratch, deformation of workpiece caused by contact measuring tool.
